Right between Boquerón and Combate, in Cabo Rojo, one of the most comprehensive residential and tourist complexes in the high-end market in Puerto Rico will be built under the name Esencia, where the famous Mandarin Oriental and Rosewood Hotels flags could fly for the first time on the island.
